Q: How to install the program?

  To install the program, simply run 'setup.exe' - this will launch the installer. The install

  process is simple and you will have a chance to change the install directory.

  After Setup is completed you will be able to access the application settings from the

  Start menu under Programs/ 'program name'.

Q: How to uninstall the program?

  To uninstall the program:

  1. Close the program.

  2. Open the folder   ...Program Files/~ 'program's name'~/

  3. Run Uninstall.exe

  Also you can run Ununstall.exe from the   Start/Programs/~ 'program's name'~/

Q: What happens after I send in the order?

  You will receive an email confirming your order shortly after sending

  the online order form. Then, within 1 hour, you will receive a second

  email with your registration name, code, and instructions to get started!

  If you do not get your code... or if you've lost it

  please email at  support@desktop-tools.net.  Please include your name, address,

  email address, and order confirmation number (if you have it).
